(Dis)Connected

Happy Lunar New Year. May the new year bring us luck, happiness, health and success. We will have enough, we will remember to thank the people around us, and we will stay true to ourselves and achieve our dreams. We will find the steps and to take to be a better person, and we will be brought to meet interesting people who affected us positively and become our mentors along the way. One of the essential thing that was given to us free, is time. We are all given 24 hours a day, not more and not less. So it is very important for us to be able to manage it well. We have spent seconds and hours in our life doing the things that matters, we do things that we thought matters ( but not), or we just don’t do anything at all ( oh those lazy sundays and saturdays). We took time to find ourselves by being lost in our own little world. But it’s ok. Because we are looking, and so we know the direction we want to go to. In this goat year, I want to be more active. I will buy myself a good camera and start capturing and sharing more of what I enjoy in life, the food, the weather, the places, the beautiful friends that I have met along the way and have stayed by my side to cheer my days and keeps me grounded and connected, the connections. Recently I have been feeling very disconnected to the Lord, to the family and to friends. And I want and will change that. Hoping this blog post will be a great reminder to stay put. Be connected, Be happy Irene
